About us

We founded Länka Consulting in 2015 to provide an arena for exploring multi-stakeholder collaboration – in very practical ways. We were convinced that the future will require more collaboration between organizations, knowledge areas and different perspectives.

During the years, we have gathered a great amount of experience and knowledge about how we can lead complex collaboration processes successfully forward. We work with collaboration initiatives in different parts of society, at different hierarchical levels and with different types of organizations and sectors.

Our work has given us a deep insight in how a silo-driven culture in many areas has led to artificial separations that make it difficult to find solutions for the whole. That makes it even more crucial to strengthen the links, interactions and communication between different sectors, disciplines, issues, and geographical contexts to harness all the resources (competences, experiences, know-how, financial resources) our society as a system actually comprises.

Being part of many long-term collaboration processes we have also seen pitfalls and the effects of not having the competence needed to make the most out of collaboration. This makes us even more inspired to develop and spread knowledge and practical tools to people working with collaboration.
